We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please make sure you check the import rules and regulations for your country, specifically relating to E-Cigarettes, E-Liquid and other applicable categories. If you have placed an order, we will ship to your chosen destination, we cannot be held liable for any import costs or costs incurred by customs processing. If your parcel is rejected and/or destroyed by customs in your country, we will be unable to replace or refund your order. We will do our best to keep updated with rules & regulations in your country in relation to the products we sell, if we find that the import of our products is prohibited, we will remove the shipping availability to the country in questions. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be cross-referenced with the courier we use to ensure the lowest and most accurate shipping cost for your order.
For most orders, the default shipping method will be charged at the rate set by ‘Royal mail for 1st Class Signed For‘ delivery. This is to ensure that both the customer and business are protected in the event of the order being lost. All of our shipping costs are worked out by the weight of the product(s) ordered and cross-referenced with Royal Mail’s price by weight pricing or ‘Ship by weight’.
Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped on the same day, unless your order is large and requires extra handling time. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will not be shipped until the Monday (Unless a bank or public holiday is in effect). All E-liquid orders that show a shipping cost of £2.50 will be shipped in 10ml bottles amounting to the ordered amount. Orders over £4.40 (Shipping) will be shipped in the size bottle requested, as this is the shipping cost for Small Parcel, set by Royal Mail.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
